With a stellar track record, Chantelle’s leadership as CEO of Dinosaur Polo Club led the games studio to remarkable success, achieving both national and international acclaim. Under her guidance, DPC’s overall and leadership team composition grew to almost 50% women and non-binary individuals, a meaningful achievement in an industry with only 25% female and non-binary representation. During her tenure, DPC earned a spot as a finalist at the Independent Games Festival and secured the 12th position on the Deloitte Fast50 index nationally. They also clinched the title of fastest-growing exporter in Wellington, received the Creative Gold award at the Wellington Gold Awards, and were honoured as the supreme award winner at the NZ Game Awards.
