As the Practice Lead and Principal Consultant for AI/ML I developed the Enterprise AI/ML practice in New Zealand for Servian, Sean helps organisations leverage AI/ML technologies at scale to transform their business and their industry.
He developed a roadmap of capability, identified the necessary people and skills and developed a go to market strategy for the Enterprise AI/ML practice. He built and developed a team of diverse technologists and data scientists who could build the solutions and deliver the business outcomes to our clients. He leads client engagements and development teams in clients delivering solutions on multiple platforms acting as Scrum Master, Technology Leader and Solution Architect when necessary.
