Nigel leads the customer success team at Microsoft New Zealand that works with kiwi companies and partners to support and accelerate the delivery of software solutions to the Microsoft cloud.
Pre COVID-19 Nigel spent five years as a software engineer leading teams of software engineers in Australia, Singapore, Korea, Japan, the greater China region, Brazil and the East Coast of the United States. His team’s mandate was to help some of the world’s largest and most influential companies solve their hardest problems through repeatable, collaborative and open engineering practices. In his life as an engineer Nigel has applied his engineering mindset to improve his own health and attitude toward habits, behaviours and change. Nigel has a Bachelor of Technology specialising in computer science and psychology and has spent his career building systems that augment and enhance human experiences through the use of technology.
