Kallol brings his significant experience in consulting, IT and leading technology and business transformation to his role as Data and Automation Lead for Spark. He has a proven track record of full cycle digital transformation from legacy system and process transformation to developing a data-driven digital organization. Kallol leads digitization initiatives for Spark. He runs the Spark Data and Automation Centre of Excellence which recently developed the digital spine for the organization. From this foundation, Kallol is now responsible for digitizing various areas of the business, from enabling digital marketing transformation through hyper personalization to leading the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP transformation to digitize and simplify the back end support services like HR, supply chain and finance.
Prior to Spark, Kallol worked for IBM and has extensive international experience in consulting, sales and delivery of large IT transformation programs in complex business environments.
