Registration cancellations and amendments must be made in writing to the Conference Manager. Cancellations made by Friday 5 February 2021 will be refunded, less a 25% cancellation fee. After this date, no refunds will be given.
All refunds will be processed after the Conference. Refunds will only be made by the same method as payment was received. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred.
